David Burson and Jamie Cunningham are the core members of our team. The loan officer serves as the quarterback of the mortgage transaction, and these two ensure that the ball ultimately crosses the goal line. With a combined experience of 47 years, David and Jamie provide mortgage expertise and a commitment to their craft.

We began working together in 2003 at a bank in Denver. Both David and Jamie sought an alternative to the “turn and burn” nature of corporate mortgage lending. Eventually, the options in the broker world expanded to the point where we could offer the same or even better products and services as banks. Having our own mortgage brokerage allows us to directly incorporate our values into our client relationships. We offer low interest rates and fees, aligning with our value of fairness. We communicate openly and directly, reflecting our value of transparency. We educate and inform our clients, demonstrating our value of service.

David and Jamie are both fathers of two and reside in Boulder County. David plays golf, while Jamie prefers pickleball. David is a data geek, while Jamie is a consummate communicator. We both enjoy working and don’t mind putting in a lot of effort. We are the quarterbacks, and we get the ball over the goal line for you.
